Followers can now contact you through Instagram by a new and easy “contact” button located next to the “follow” button at the top of your account. This contact button will allow your followers to contact you by either email or phone call or you can choose to have both available. It will also provide directions to your followers to your business location should you choose to have that feature available.

The new “insights” feature that is connected to this new profile will inform you of the following:
- Impressions of the week: The total number of times all of your posts have been seen
- How many reaches of the week: The number of unique accounts that have seen any of your posts.
- How many clicked your website: The number of accounts that have clicked on the website link of your profile bio.
