Someone who has a great passion for producing excellent work for our clients and is enthusiastic about helping them showcase their offices and teams and the care they provide in the best way possible.

Our ideal candidate will:

Have knowledge of LightRoom, Photoshop and video editing software
Have knowledge/experience with basic photography (i.e. rule of thirds, indoor & outdoor lighting, etc.)
Have great attention to detail and strive for excellence every day
Be able to maintain the integrity of the equipment they use and that is provided for them
Be willing to travel to client offices
Be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members, follow up and stay organized
Be enthusiastic about our clients and their missions
Think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to enhance our clients marketing strategies with photo and video
Have the ability to follow instructions and have a relentless desire and curiosity to learn
Be willing to accept feedback with a happy heart and grow

Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Virginia Creative Group is a full-service medical marketing agency located in Newport News, VA. Our team works remotely, from locations all over, to provide GREAT service to our clients.
