Growing what matters. Over the Holidays, I stumbled upon this blog. I am thrilled to find another business with values so close to our own. I have been working on their power sheets and I am looking forward to starting the new year with goals for our imperfect grace-filled VCG progress!
One of my goals for 2017 is to be BRAVE and put myself and my company out there a little more while staying true to what we believe in.
What do we believe in? What makes us tick?
A few years ago we developed our core values during our annual team retreat. I find that when I funnel choices through these bullet points, then Virginia Creative Group GROWS what MATTERS, one step at a time, little by little our client’s practices grow in the right direction and we do too!
