Kids' clubs and dental practice membershipsDo you have a Kids Club?

This is an important marketing tool for Orthodontists & Dentists. Hey, Orthodontists and Pediatric Dentists—Guess who your future patients are?  The tiny little siblings of your current patients! Yes indeed. And that’s why you need an awesome Kids Club. Engage these future patients from when they’re toddling around, until they start treatment. A Kids Club is a smart decision for your medical practice because it helps you:

  • Engage those little kiddos—and pave their future transition to a patient with excitement
  • Give their parents yet another reason to love your practice
  • Create smiles for all! Heck, when a kid gets a treasure—it just makes everyone happy!
  • Create loyalty: Both the kids and the parents will remember this when it comes time for an appointment.

When we were kids, we may have received a bouncy ball at the dentist—but things have come a long way since then as far as elevating a child’s experience. At Virginia Creative Group, we provide turnkey solutions for our practices—but we do need some involvement on your end.

Do you want an amazing way to engage kids?

What we can handle for you:

  1. We create a look and brand for your Kids Club.
  2. We do a space in the office—with graphics, wall clings, a place where the kids can put their names.
  3. We take care of the physical items needed: The lanyard, the membership card, the treasure chest full of wonderful prizes—branded tooth loss charts, bookmarks, brushing charts, toothbrushes, bouncy balls and super fun toys.

What’s necessary on your end:

  1. Own it. At VCG, we can do a lot—but we can’t make the Kids’ Club happen within your office. Someone in your practice must own this initiative. We have found the records person is usually a great fit to rock the Kids Club.
  2. Be enthusiastic. This one is pretty easy. What’s more fun than making a kid smile?
  3. Don’t take the rules so seriously. Did they lose their membership card? Give ‘em a new one!

Is your Kids Club awesome—or weak? Let’s make it awesome.
